Dr. Keyu Chen was Graduated from Cardiff University, UK as the first batch of BIM & Digital Construction researcher in 2015. His professional focus is on Future City, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Carbon and Energy Management, new energy technologies, autonomous driving, new energy vehicles, EV charging and battery swapping, big data, Internet of Things (IoT), 5G, cloud computing, cloud security etc. His work scope covering consulting, management, training, certification, standards development, and cross region mega project management.
Since 2009, Keyu has been dedicated to environmental development, Smart city intelligent systems, sustainable community development, and the delivery & operation of infrastructure assets. Keyu has worked in several multinational consulting firms (UK/Germany/Singapore/China/Australia/Thailand) leading digital strategy planning, deployment, and evaluation. Keyu has also involved in leading the development, review, and industry promotion & implementation for Nationals Standards in digitalization and smart sustainability for government authority (UK/China/Singapore).
Currently Keyu has been appointed as Singapore National Committee Expert, ISO registered expert for TC268 Smart & sustainable city, and TC59 Smart building Technical Committee; Professional Member of Singapore Computer Society and Committee for Cloud Security Alliance – Singapore Chapter.

自2009年就致力于英国的环境建设，城市数字化体系搭建，可持续社区建设，以及基础设施资产的交付与运维工作。先后在多个跨国咨询机构（英国/德国）负责数字化战略规划，部署，评估工作；以及政府机构（中国/英国/新加坡）牵头数字化以及智慧智能可持续相关国家标准的编写，评审以及市场投放工作。
现任SAT集团主席以及创始人，并且受邀委任：ISO国际标准组织：TC268智慧城市，可持续社发展社区，以及TC59智能建造委员会 – 注册技术专家委员；新加坡国家标准委员会技术专家委员；新加坡计算机协会（Singapore Computer Society）专家会员MSCS；云安全联盟 新加坡分部专家委员，等。
