中城智慧(北京)城市规划设计研究院有限公司(CSCI)成立于2014年，是一家智慧城市、城市科学领域研究机构。主要从事智慧城市政策理论研究、标准化建设、科学技术研究、应用技术开发与产业化推广、咨询服务、智慧城市顶层设计，并为智慧城市联合实验室提供全面支撑。

With the purpose of becoming world-class city science research base and professional think-tank, Smart City Joint Lab (preparatory) is founded by Chinese Society for Urban Studies (CSUS) to support the China smart cities development.
Focusing on smart city key technical problems, Smart City Joint Lab is a service organization that teams up the smart city enterprises, universities, academic research centers and other correlative organization to establish a long-term cooperation mechanism.
To support the China smart city development and related the ministries, the Joint Labs focuses on smart city science and research, standardization, smart city planning consultant, test and evaluation. So far, we have established 19 different Joint Labs with worldwide smart city related organizations that covers in varies fields such as smart city solutions, spatial information, information security, media communication and promotion, big data and city operation, water management projects, Green building, smart infrastructure, smart tourism, smart community etc..
China Smart City Planning & Design Research Institute Co., LTD (CSCI) set up in 2014 is a research institute majoring in the field of smart city and urban science. It is responsible for supporting CSUS Smart City Joint Lab by providing the examining smart city policies, standardization development , technological research, application development, master plan, industrialization promotion and consultation service.
